You should do regular check up to be safe from the danger of cholesterol. Consuming less oily foods decreases the danger of cholesterol in the body. You should consume plenty of fruits, spinach and vegetables.
You should do exercises for 30 minutes daily. Fishes have effective elements that reduce cholesterol. Therefore, you should consume fish for 2 to 3 times in a week. You should avoid less egg. You should have plenty sleep which controls high blood pressure.
