Health is wealth. We all know this saying and we know the importance of health as well. Health is the level of functional and metabolic efficiency of a living organism. The World Health Organization (WHO) even has defined health in its broader sense as “a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.” This definition has been subject to controversy, in particular as lacking operational value, the ambiguity in developing cohesive health strategies, and because of the problem created by use of the word “complete”.
Today, we are presenting health tips for paying attention by the Gastric / Gastritis patient. Gastritis is a group of diseases that cause inflammation of the lining of the stomach. Acute gastritis occurs suddenly, and will frequently respond to appropriate therapy while chronic gastritis develops slowly.
The inflammation of the stomach lining is most frequently caused by a bacterium called H. pylori. Gastritis can vary greatly from mild gastritis to severe gastritis. Symptoms might not always be correlated with the severity of the disease. Things to pay attention by gastric patients are:
Lemon water: Drink lemon water if we have excessive gas in stomach as it helps to reduce gas and do not allow stomach to flatulence. Dirking lemon water in empty stomach helps reducing gas.
Eating low carbohydrate food: it is appropriate to stay far from beer, wine, maize, kidney bean, cabbage and onions it becomes hard to digest while having gas.
Donot drink milk as milk do not help to gastric.
Drink plenty of water so that there wont be chance to gather gas in stomach.
Drink garlic water early morning in empty stomach that will help to control gastric.
