Sagoon’s users reach 2.3 million, 25 thousands new members added daily

Kathmandu: Sagoon, the social ecommerce platform that has been involved in expansion of its service taking South Asia into its priority has received high prominence in India, of late. Interest and investment in Sagoon in India is increasing in a way the users of the social ecommerce platform have been leapfrogging.

Data show that Sagoon has more users in India after Nepal. Sagoon has a long term plan to become a leader in international market by establishing dominance in Asian market by incorporating users in India.

The social ecommerce site leaded by Nepali has been able to attract Indian market since few months. Sagoon’s users have reached 2.3 million since the official app was launched. Some 25 thousands users get associated with Sagoon everyday.

Sagoon’s Cofounder Kabindra Sitaula said that he was excited by the ever-increasing users and interests for Sagoon. According to him, pageviews have crossed 32 million. It has been projected that over 64.06 million users will be associated with Sagoon only this year.

Sagoon Founder and Managing Director Govinda Giri said that he was satisfied with the response for Sagoon in the Indian market. But, Giri who is on a long journey is not for stopping by this satisfaction. He said that he will further do hard work to win the hearts of Sagoon’s users through new products.

Sagoon’s leadership is excited by interest and attraction for Sagoon in India. Sagoon has been running promotional activities almost every day and interactions programs are held with Sagoon’s Founder Giri in different cities of the southern neighbor.

The social commerce platform Sagoon entered into an agreement with HT Overseas Pte Ltd (HT Singapore), a wholly-owned subsidiary of HT Media Limited (HT Media) for an investment of $5 million. HT Media Limited is one of the oldest and largest media companies of India. Since the investment, Sagoon has been making its presence strong among social media in India.

Few months ago, amidst the presence of notable personalities of Nepal and India, Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor made public the app for Android platform in New Delhi, India. Sagoon’s users have been increasing day by day with launch of the app.

Sagoon has been increasing its products and impact by opening offices in Nepal, USA and India. Sagoon’s Cofounder Sitaula informed that Sagoon’s has increased its activities in different cities of India though its New Delhi based office.

According to Sitaula, Founder Giri has become the center of attraction in different information technology ceremonies and interactions in different Indian cities. He has hold interaction on social media, use of information technology and Sagoon’s hypothesis and its future projects in different Indian cities from Chennai to Bangalore.
