Law Minister Nayak dubs his 10-month tenure successful

Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Ajay Shankar Nayak has shared that his ten- month tenure at the Ministry was fruitful.

In a press meet organized at the Ministry premises today, he said that the tenure remained fruitful as he played important role for the implementation of the constitution.

Minister Nayak further said that he will come back to the Ministry if the party decides for the same. In another context, he ruled out the rumour that there was doubt over the implementation of the constitution adding that the Acts related to the Truth and Reconciliation Commission and Commission of Investigation on Enforced Disappeared Persons will be amended soon.

Secretary Kamalshali Ghimire said that the Minister Nayak performed good works being busy at the Ministry even not going once abroad during the 10- month work tenure.

The Ministry has shared that 40 bills related to constitution implementation have come into effect after endorsed from the House and 42 such bills were still under discussions in Parliament. RSS
