Tips for Better Health

Health is wealth. We all know this saying and we know the importance of health as well. Health is the level of functional and metabolic efficiency of a living organism. Health is the ability of individuals or communities to adapt and self- manage when facing physical, mental or social changes in humans.

 

 Spicy food, we should never eat spicy food in our breakfast. The foods that have lot of chillies are bad for health to eat it early morning. It may produce acidity in our stomach for whole day for which there is high risk of getting ulcer. Similarly, another food is soft drinks/ cold drinks.

 

 We should never drink cold drinks early morning which will affect our health as it increases carbon acid mostly in our body. Third one is cold beverage. We should never drink cold beverage in the morning or empty stomach such as cold coffee or cold drinks. It may slow down our digestion.
